Pricing, Payment (CAD) & Policies
What currency do you use for pricing?

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). If you are outside Canada, your bank or payment provider may convert the amount to your local currency at their prevailing exchange rate.

How much do small group classes cost?

Small group classes (three learners per class) are priced per learner in CAD. Please see the Classes page for current pricing and schedule options.

How much do one-on-one lessons cost?

Private one-on-one lessons are priced per session in CAD. Rates vary by level and package size. Visit the Classes page or contact us for a tailored recommendation.

Do you offer package discounts or family pricing?

Yes. Multi-session packages and family enrollments may qualify for a discount. Tell us your goals and schedule, and we will propose the best value option available.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards (processed securely online). For learners in Canada, Interac e-Transfer may be available upon request. If you prefer PayPal or another method, please contact us before enrollment.

Are taxes included in the price?

Applicable taxes may be added based on your province or country of residence and the nature of the service. The final amount, including any taxes, will be shown at checkout or on your invoice.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

For prepaid packages, you may request a refund before the first scheduled lesson, minus any processing fees. After lessons have begun, unused sessions may be credited or rescheduled according to our rescheduling policy. Please contact us to review your specific situation.

What is your rescheduling policy?

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a lesson without penalty. With less than 24 hours’ notice, the session may be considered used. For group classes, rescheduling depends on seat availability in a comparable group.

What happens if I miss a class?

For one-on-one lessons, a missed class without sufficient notice may be counted as used. For group classes, a missed class is not refundable; however, we can share a brief recap or practice tasks upon request.

Can I pause my package?

Package pauses may be available for documented reasons such as travel or health. Please contact us in advance so we can review options and hold your remaining sessions.

How do I join the online lessons?

After enrollment, you will receive a secure link by email to join your classes through our online platform. This link usually remains the same for your package or course, unless we notify you otherwise.

Which platform do you use for live lessons?

We use Zoom and Google Meet for live, interactive lessons. Both platforms are free to download and work on most computers, tablets, and phones. You will receive the correct link by email when your classes are scheduled.

Do I need a camera and microphone?

Yes. For the best experience, we recommend a working camera and microphone so that teachers and classmates can interact in real time.

What are the minimum technical requirements?

You need a stable internet connection (at least 5 Mbps), a computer or tablet, and a headset or built-in speakers. We recommend using Chrome or Safari for the best performance.

Can parents join the session?

Parents are welcome to sit nearby, especially for younger learners, but we encourage the student to interact directly with the teacher to build independence and confidence.

Do you provide technical support?

We do not provide full technical support. However, you will receive a simple setup guide when you enroll, and if you have trouble joining your very first lesson, we can point you to basic troubleshooting steps. For ongoing device or internet issues, please consult your own technical support provider.

Can I use a mobile phone?

A mobile phone can work in an emergency, but we strongly recommend using a computer or tablet for better visibility and participation in activities.

Do I need to install any special software?

No special software beyond Zoom or Google Meet is required. All class materials and resources are shared digitally during lessons.
